Platform and acceptance
PikTap provides a multi-merchant order-ahead and vehicle pickup platform. It does not own or operate all merchant locations and does not offer home delivery or couriers. Use of the service means you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide correct contact information, protect sign-in verification codes, avoid fake orders or fraudulent promotions, and do not interfere with the service or other users. We may restrict abusive activity, where lawful.
Merchant listings, orders and timing
Participating merchants are responsible for their products, descriptions, ingredients, stock and pickup instructions. Orders require merchant acceptance. Preparation times, SmartSlot availability and estimated arrival times are estimates and may change.
Payments and collection
The checkout screen specifies available payment methods. Where cash-on-pickup is provided, payment is handled at the participating merchant. Collect your order at the designated safe vehicle pickup point, follow signage and applicable traffic rules, and present your order code when requested.
Cancellation, refunds and complaints
Changes or cancellations can become unavailable when preparation starts. Refunds, exchanges and remedies are handled under the merchant’s applicable policy and mandatory consumer law. For assistance contact support with the order reference. Nothing here excludes non-waivable statutory rights.
Availability and liability
We may change or temporarily suspend functions for maintenance, reliability or safety. Availability of merchants and slots is not guaranteed. Legal rights that cannot be excluded remain protected.
